● Provide strategic leadership and overall management of the SUPA Department.
● Lead the implementation and continuous development of the STTC–OUT Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).
● Develop and oversee institutional policies, academic regulations, operational guidelines, and quality assurance frameworks.
● PhD in Education, Educational Administration, Higher Education Management, or a related field. Candidates with a Master's Degree and exceptional senior leadership experience may be considered.
● Minimum of eight (8) years' progressive leadership experience in higher education, academic administration, or institutional management.
