● Develop and implement student recruitment and marketing strategies to achieve enrolment targets.
● Lead national and international recruitment campaigns, outreach programmes, and strategic partnerships.
● Develop recruitment plans, marketing budgets, and campaign performance targets.
● Supervise regional coordinators and the marketing team across all Study Centres.
● Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field. A Master's Degree will be an added advantage.
● Minimum of five (3) years' experience in marketing, student recruitment, business development, or brand management, preferably within a higher education institution.
● Creative, results-oriented, and proficient in digital marketing, customer relationship management (CRM), and data-driven marketing strategies.
